I have extensive experience in product design and design management. I’ve worked in different industries such as EdTech, FoodTech, FinTech, and e-commerce, doing everything from hands-on design to hiring and managing teams, developing career progression, managing budgets, establishing or improving processes across different teams and domains, defining product and design strategy, and helping teams to plan their steps towards reaching the ultimate company goals.

Amboss is an educational and knowledge platform for medical students and clinicians.
My role:
Working in the User Engagement Group, collaborating closely with the teams responsible for monetisation, user acquisition, activation and retention.
Evaluating and improving Product <> Design collaboration processes. Project discovery work is happening whether we admit it or not, so aligning and making this process clear and easy to follow boosts team engagement and end results.
Evaluating and improving cross-functional teams' ways of work. There is always a lot that we can optimise in our daily interactions to better understand the current state of the company and meet the business goals.
Managing individual contributors. Supporting my team in any reasonable and required way — from hints and advice to hands-on where it is crucial.

Sololearn is an online platform where everyone can learn to code, in an easy and gamified way!
My role:
Responsible for Brand, Marketing, and Product Designers.
Working closely with the Leadership on defining and setting high-level strategies and OKRs, as well as supporting Designers with translating those goals into the clear action items.
Educating other teams and domains on how design practices and principles benefit product discovery and delivery on the different stages.
Managing managers and individual contributors. Coaching, training, supporting however is reasonable and needed, also hands-on if critical.

Lead Product Designer / Design manager

Sololearn is an online platform where everyone can learn to code, in an easy and gamified way!
My role:
Worked closely with Product/Tech/Data Leads of the Engagement part of the product to shape high-level strategy and support teams in building roadmaps.
Helped to define efficient ways of working between product designers and other domains, to improve both discovery and delivery processes.
Managed and supported Product Designers.
Was in sync with Growth and Acquisition to ensure alignment in our vision and ability to act quickly on any changes or conflicts in overlapping areas.
Worked on an internal tool for creating educational content and moderating community posts.
Worked on implementing the economy system — gamification mechanics aimed to improve engagement (XP, Streak, Hearts, collectibles).

Senior Product Designer

Comtravo is a B2B2C platform for booking and managing business trips.
My role:
I joined Comtravo to support the Product Team in the further development and improvement of web and mobile platforms, with potential to contribute to the future growth and development of the Design Team.
Besides working hands-on on some cross-platform features, I was analysing product<>design workflows and processes, suggesting and testing improvements.

Lead Product Designer / Design manager
HelloFresh, Berlin, Germany
HelloFresh is a global meal kit prodcuer, serving users with variety of products all around the world.
My role:
Joined Conversions Team as a Product Designer, but shortly transitioned to a Retention part of the product as a Lead Designer and Design Manager for one of the Tribes.
As a Lead Product Designer I worked closely with Designers within my Tribe, POs and Product Leads, stakeholders, other Lead Designers and wider Product Design team, Tech Leads, and other team members aligning on the product vision and design strategy, making sure the designs are scalable, doable, follow both customers and business interests. Often hands-on.
As a Design manager, I was involved in hiring, onboarding new joiners, supporting my Design Team and enabling their career development.

DaWanda is a marketplace for creators and small businesses.
My role:
Responsible for mobile applications design and consistency. Following important for any e-commerce product strategy, focusing on little improvements making big changes. Had a chance to work on solving few problems for improving marketing targeting of users, and was involved in a big project of improving checkout process across all platforms.

IG is an onlline trader provider.
My role:
As a manager, was keeping an eye on projects my team was working on, collaborating with developers, QAs, POs and stakeholders in order to get everything done at its’ best and on time. Responsible for hiring, establishing design processes, coaching newcomers, establishing collaboration in the team. Was mentoring and supporting a younger designer working on Daily FX native apps.
As a designer, was involved into work on the IG Smart Portfolios project.
Worked on an internal tool providing the Marketing department with the possibility to easily run campaigns across all our products from one place. Worked on an internal tool providing IG employees with the possibility to submit and manage creative tax artefacts (one of the tax deduction types in Poland).
Was supporting further development of Nadex products by collaborating with the PO and the team, working on ideas from the very beginning, through discussing, sketching, prototyping, testing, creating and delivering designs, to release.

My role:
Worked as a UX designer on creating new iOS and Android trading applications for Nadex. Was responsible for prototyping and controlling following UI and development implementation, ensuring consistency between mobile and web Users’ experiences.

Intervale is a white label payment solutions provider serving major banks.
My role:
Was responsible for controlling designers’ work, assisting and coaching if needed. Was working on creating and supporting designs of web and mobile payment service MasterCard Mobile Russia. Was working in cooperation on creating designs for MasterCard Russia mobile payment applications preinstalled on Nokia smartphones.
Worked on SendMe (money transfer) product style, web and mobile designs, controlled every step of implementation, collaborating with whole project team, PM and stakeholders.

Intervale is a white label payment solutions provider serving major banks.
My role:
Was working on UX and UI for mobile and web applications for major Russian banks (e.g. Sberbank, GazPromBank, Baltics Bank, etc.). Was involved in projects for one of the leading Russian mobile operators – MTS.
